Tell us about your daily diet.
I have raisins and some almonds when I get up in the morning. My breakfast is all about one odd fruit. My lunch is regular home made brown rice with any seasonal vegetable and yoghurt. I prefer having mini meals through the day so it8217;s a bowl of sprouts or poha a little later. My dinner depends on where I am, but it is always regular vegetarian home made food.
What is your exercise routine?
I workout everyday for an hour and a half.
Is there anything you binge on?
Chocolates.
What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Japanese.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
For me a great way to put on weight is to have lots of fruits and salads before food. The food gets digested in a giffy and one is hungry again. To lose weight, hitting the gym is the best option.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I have never followed a strict regime. There is no magic diet.
What is your idea of health?
My idea of health all about eating balanced food and concentrating on holistic health. One has to be physically, mentally and emotionally healthy.
