
Tell us about your daily diet.
I have a heavy breakfast, a medium lunch and a very light dinner. Breakfast is porridge, bread with cheese and sausages. Lunch is roti, bhaji, dal and salad and dinner consists of one roti, vegetables, a piece of fish or chicken, salads and sprouts.

I am not regular with my fitness regime. I go to the gym sometimes.

I binge on everything. I am a complete foodie.
