Diet: I START my day by drinking warm or room temperature water, never cold. For breakfast I eat fruits or egg with toast and warm milk. I mostly eat home-cooked food like rice, chapatis, vegetables and curd for lunch and dinner. I avoid eating rice at dinner time. I8217;m not a very big meat eater, but I love fish because it8217;s great for the hair. I love to eat8212;I8217;m a complete foodie. Ghar ka khana is my favourite, nothing compares to it. I think people should stop being finicky about eating only health food. Eating a balanced diet is enough.

While other Bollywood stars are endorsing diamonds and cosmetics, what are you doing with a cooking oil?
I think it has something to do with my foodie image. In every interview I talk about my love for food, so that8217;s why the brand approached me.

Exercise: I work out as and when I can. I prefer to exercise at home, I8217;m not too fond of gyms. But if I8217;m travelling, I do go to hotel gyms. I run on the treadmill, do basic and passive stretching exercises, ab crunches and obliques. I have a trainer who comes home to help me with stretching and yoga. I feel quite fresh after exercising on the treadmill and doing stretches.

Problem areas: I have no problems as such. I think that if you exercise for even 15 to 20 minutes every day, it8217;s great for your body.
