DIET: Nariyal paani is the first thing I sip on every morning, followed by a cup of tea. I8217;m not really a breakfast person, but sometimes I eat two egg whites with a slice of toasted brown bread. Lunch is whatever is made at home8212;usually a chicken or fish dish, paneer, dal, vegetables and rice. Dinner is similar. I8217;m a big rice eater; I8217;m trying to cut down on it, but that8217;s almost impossible when you8217;re a Mangalorean! I love chocolate, ice creams and mangoes, but eat them sparingly because they affect my skin.
EXERCISE: I took a break from exercising for a year because I had a cervical spondylitis problem. I resumed working out four months ago. I exercise twice to thrice a week, starting out with a fast walk and then moving on to light weights. I enjoy it immensely.
PROBLEM AREAS: When I gain weight, the first place it shows is on my face, and there8217;s nothing I can do about that.
