
DIET: I usually have sprouts, cereals, fruit and some soaked almonds for breakfast. Lunch comprises chapattis, vegetables, rice and dal. I stick to chicken for dinner and I avoid red meat. I prefer to have my food cooked in olive oil because it8217;s very healthy and I am very used to it now. I make it a point to have juice twice a day, before and after gymming. It is either carrot juice or tender coconut milk. I have a glass of skimmed milk just in case I am pressed for time. I am not too fond of junk food and aerated drinks.
EXERCISE: I go to the gym at least three or four times a week. My exercise regimen comprises stretching, 25 minutes of cardio on the treadmill and I wind up with some free hand exercises. I have been playing table tennis since my childhood.
PROBLEM AREAS: I have a tendency to put on weight, so whenever I have a busy schedule I keep a strict watch on my diet and avoid fatty food.
