DIET:I include all food groups in my diet—I don’t leave anything out. I mainly eat fruits, vegetables, and as I’m a non-vegetarian, meat as well. I make it a point to eat about six small meals a day. This could include anything from a cup of coffee, to a sandwich or fruits or a complete meal. I do try and stay away from fried foods and eat sweets on rare occasions.

EXERCISE: I have had my own gym, Body Art, for the past 13 years and I teach there. I take two classes back-to-back, three days a week. This provides me with all the exercise I personally need as well. We do cross-training—a combination of cardio exercise and strength training. Cardio includes things like step or box aerobics, trampoline or indoor biking and spinning. On the strength front, we do muscle ballet, pilates and body sculpting. Working out not only contributes to looking and feeling great, but has given me immense health benefits as well.

PROBLEM AREAS: I have no problems, but I do wish I was taller. I can’t say that I’m one of those lucky, naturally slim body types. I have worked out regularly through the years, but I’m not fanatical about it.
