DIET: MY diet is completely irregular. I have no fixed eating habits and eat anything whenever I want to. I believe in the 8216;lion theory8217;8212;eat when you8217;re hungry and don8217;t when you8217;re not. My breakfast could be anything from cereal to a glass of lassi or even dal and rice. It8217;s the same with the rest of my meals. I let my body decide what I should eat. I avoid drinking tea or coffee. I also never snack on junk food like chips or chocolate. Not for health reasons, but because it8217;s a habit I8217;ve had since childhood. My dad8217;s a fabulous cook and I love his prawn cutlets and mutton curry. I also love all kinds of dals like masoor and kali dal.

EXERCISE: I8217;m a regular. But again, I don8217;t have a fixed regime. I play plenty of outdoor sports like rugby, squash, tennis and I also run, hike and swim. I do any one of these sports daily, or a combination of two. I hate exercising in the gym as it8217;s extremely boring.

PROBLEM AREAS: I8217;M very healthy and so far I8217;ve had no problems. This is, of course, not taking into account all my sports injuries, when I8217;ve broken various bones and had stitches all over. Pain has become a friend to me.
