
Diet: I DON8217;T have a fixed diet, but I avoid rice, white bread and oily food. I8217;m not too fond of chocolate either, so there goes almost everything responsible for putting on weight. I wake up late, so I skip breakfast. Lunch and dinner are usually similar and consist of white meat like chicken, fish or eggs. I don8217;t use any oil in my food. On Mondays, I eat just one meal and I go vegetarian on Tuesdays.
Exercise: I DON8217;T do it regularly; at times, my husband has to drag me to the gym. I do a lot of pilates at home, and rehearsing for shoots and shows is quite strenuous, which also keeps me fit. For Holiday, I had to work on my tummy, but thankfully, I didn8217;t have to loose more than a few kilos.
