Diet: I PREFER my meals light, and usually eat at home. Breakfast is boiled eggs with bread or paratha. Lunch and dinner is usually home-made Punjabi food. When I do eat out, I have tuna or chicken. I drink two glasses of protein shakes every day because I want to put on weight. I8217;ve developed the habit of having early dinners8212;around 7.30 or 8 pm, as it8217;s good for the digestive system. I avoid oily and spicy foods.

Exercise: IN the morning, I do an hour of Ashtanga yoga. I had a trainer before, now I do it myself at home. I swim in the evenings and usually do about a kilometre and a half every day. Recently, I began learning the Bruce Lee style of martial arts8212;JKD Jeet Kune Do. I go to the gym irregularly.

Problem areas: NONE. I8217;m quite happy with my body. Earlier this year, I suffered a back injury while doing squats with heavy weights. I8217;m alright now.
