Do you agree that you are Ram Gopal Varma8217;s latest muse?
Everyone is asking me that question and I don8217;t know what it 8217;s supposed to mean. I8217;ve signed just one film, not six as some reports claim. And it may not even work out this year because of date problems. Besides, he repeats his male actors as well, but when the women are recast, it gets noticed.
Diet: I8217;m a vegetarian, and I don8217;t eat bread, rice, chapatis or anything with too much starch. I eat as soon as I wake up; my breakfast is a bowl of muesli and milk, lots of tea or coffee and fruits. Sometimes I also have dosas and idlis. For lunch, I usually eat a mushroom salad with veggies like sprouts, corn, capsicum and greens with a curd dressing. I have four or five cups of tea in the afternoon and dinner is mostly vegetables, dal and curd. I drink lots of coconut water, fruit and vegetable juices throughout the day. My weakness is chocolate8212;I have to have some every day.
Exercise: My mother8217;s an aerobics instructor, so exercise has always been a part of my life. I practice yoga and breathing exercises regularly and do weights to tone. I don8217;t go to a gym but work out at home. I mainly concentrate on cardio, abs and arms. I also run on the beach with my sister and mother quite often8212;it8217;s a fun outing for us. Exercise can be quite annoying if you don8217;t have fun with it, so that8217;s what I try and do.
Problem areas: When I do put on weight, the first place it shows is on my face and that8217;s very noticeable on screen. But I8217;m more or less proportionate, so when I do gain weight, it8217;s all over my body.
