DIET: My day starts with a bottle of water and a glass of lukewarm water with lime and honey to cleanse the system. I follow a high protein, low carb diet. I eat eight peeled almonds every morning. I8217;m a pure vegetarian, so lunch is vegetables with rotis, while for dinner I have a light salad and soup. I also snack on fruits during the day. I used to be a huge seafood freak and I just couldn8217;t stop eating sushi, so I made a conscious decision to go vegetarian and that8217;s worked. Another favourite is chocolate truffle cake.

EXERCISE: I exercise every morning on an empty stomach. I spend an hour in the gym, where I alternate between weights and cardio exercises. I workout six days a week and make it a point not to miss out. If I have an early shoot, I visit the gym in the evening. I8217;m also currently practising kick boxing, which is an amazing cardio workout and also strengthens limbs. It also increases stamina and is good to know for self-defence.

PROBLEM AREAS: I have no problem areas at all.
