I do not consider gymming a chore. It is the biggest stress buster

What do you do to stay fit?

I eat well and work out everyday. I love to exercise and have been very regular with it ever since I was in school and aspiring to be a model.

How much time do you devote to gymming?

I am very regular with gymming and work out for around one and a half hours daily. But I don8217;t consider it a chore that needs to be finished. It8217;s the biggest stress buster for me as it gives me a high.

Do you follow a strict diet?

No I don8217;t follow any strict dietary routine in particular. I can eat porridge or even chapattis and pulses for breakfast. I usually have non-vegetarian food cooked at home for lunch. My dinner had become very high on calories of late and I8217;m making an effort to stick to a vegetable diet these days. I know that I need to include a lot of fibre in my diet.

What8217;s your favourite cuisine?

I love non-vegetarian food and my favourite dish is a Kashmiri delicacy called Rista mutton balls cooked in gravy which is very yummy. I absolutely love kababs too.

Are you addicted to junk food?

No. I stay away from junk food and prefer to have home cooked food.
