EXERCISE: I have a normal routine8212;some cardio exercises and weights8212;at the Otters Club three-four times a week. I do this for about an hour and a half. I also do karate. Since I8217;m not into competition, I don8217;t know what level I8217;ve reached, but a trainer comes home for my workout.
DIET: I EAT everything because I think your body shouldn8217;t get used to not breaking certain fat cells. If a film requires hard training, I control my diet. In my new movie Asambhav, I play a commando, so I only had a boiled food diet. The one tip I can give is to be disciplined enough to stick to your diet8212;whatever is good for you8212;and to get your proteins from your food. I don8217;t believe in supplements, I8217;ve never had a protein shake. Instead, I get it through chicken, dal and pulses. I don8217;t drink juices and water; but that, I8217;m sure, isn8217;t good for you.
PROBLEM AREAS: MY favourite foods are anything Oriental and Indian. I love dal makhani and butter chicken8212;not very healthy laughs. But my biggest problem area is my huge sweet tooth. If I8217;m on a diet, I have a problem not eating sweets at least 2-3 times a week. If there are sweets around, I can polish off half a kilo in one shot. I won8217;t tell you my favourite because I don8217;t want people offering it to me! I8217;ve just finished Asambhav and I8217;m the right body weight, so I think I8217;ll maintain it.
