HOW I KEEP FIT

I eat a lot, but do it sensibly. I know how to keep myself fit.

.

What8217;s your diet like?

I eat a lot, but do it sensibly. I know how to keep myself fit. Tell us about your fitness regime?

I don8217;t have a routine, but I perform some physical activity regularly. It can be an hour8217;s swim, a game of squash or tennis, or going for a walk. I am also a member of a gym and I jog. My day involves one hour of intense physical activity.I am not regimented, but Cardio is something I have to do for sure.

Do you follow any strict diet?

I am a big eater of good food and I know how to stay fit. Cooking is a favourite too. I have been running regularly for ten years now and I have realized that fitness and how you look are different things. I8217;d rather be fit than look good. But if I can get both together then that8217;s great. If I have a chiseled body but cannot run ten kms then that8217;s no good. To me anyone who has bulging muscles but cannot match me on the treadmill is not impressive.

What does fitness mean to you?

To me fitness means carrying out activities with loads of energy. I have concluded that looking good is determined by what you eat and little by what you do. I eat a lot but I do it sensibly. For breakfast I have two to three eggs, some cheese, bacon, salami, sausages or salted mushroom. Lunch is whole wheat bread and a huge bowl of salad for my skin. I have some chicken or fish for my hair. During shooting, I have what8217;s on offer. Dinner is the same as lunch- except the bread. I believe in vitamin supplements, so I take a lot of vitamins and calcium. I am conscious of the fact that my health should not only look good but also be healthy. My body is one thing which will be with me and it deserves to be taken care of.
