So when we do, we cannot help but open our kitty of questions and shoot. 8220;Every house has a horoscope and I make sure that it matches with that of the people living in it,8221; astro architect Neeta Sinha explains how she combines the study of astrology, vaastu and feng shui for that create perfect environment. 8220;I learnt the science from late Dr LN Kusuma,8221; Sinha8217;s been designing houses for over 20 years now, and is the one who christened Big B8217;s bungalow 8216;Jalsaa8217; from 8216;Mansha8217; and Shah Rukh8217;s 8216;Mannat8217;. Sinha, reportedly, had also warned Bal Thackeray against the change of name of Bombay to Mumbai. 8220;After studying the demographics of the city, it was evident that the change in name would have its side effects,8221; points out Sinha, stating that negative energies of a place can change into positive without any structural changes. 8220;Potted plants, colours, mirrors, crystals and wind chimes are my props,8221; she adds it8217;s all based on scientific calculations. 8220;A research on 30,000 homes, offices and other premises has proved the effectiveness of this science,8221; Sinha says to get the exact calculations she needs to know the legal owner of the house, its direction, number of people living there, the bread earner and the prime source of income. 8220;The man and the cosmos are then brought together in harmony and a balance with the environment is striked,8221; she cites an example of Dimple Kapadia8217;s house where a monetary settlement between Dimple and her daughter gave a direction to their lives.

With Karan Johar and Rinkie Khanna giving their testimony, Kirron Kher says, 8220;Sinha is a practiced hand at making Kundalis of a house and has made improvement in our lives.8221; She8217;s already been to the city twice and is expected next week. 8220;My third visit is due next week and this one is important because of increased online queries I get from here,8221; she signs off, insisting that like humans, each house has a different horoscope and needs a customized treatment.
