CHANDIGARH, June 17: The Haryana government today appointed S.K. Gulati, IAS, awaiting posting orders, as Joint Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Technical Education Departments.

The state government also issued transfer and posting orders to five HCS officers. Yesterday also 12 HCS officers had been transferred.

Meanwhile, the state government has nominated Hukam Chand Kalra as a non-official member of the Rewari District Public Relations and Grievances Committee.

Similarly, K.P. Singh and Mushtkin Khan of Kansepur village have been nominated as non-official members of the Panchkula and Yamunanagar district Public Relations and Grievances Committee respectively.
