Gandhe elected president

PUNE, Jan 10: Pradeep Gandhe took over as president while Sunder Shetty assumed post of honorary secretary as the Maharashtra Badminton Association decided upon the new executive committee for the next four year term 1999-2002 in the Annual general body meeting at the WIE sports complex here today. The elections were unanimous and unopposed.

President: Pradeep Gandhe Greater Mumbai.
Senior vice president: Vishnu H Patil Nasik.
Vice presidents: KS Gala Mumbai Suburban, Prakash Paranjape Thane, Kulin Manek Greater Mumbai, SV Natu Pune, Ashish Bajpai Latur.
Honorary secretary: SA Shetty Greater Mumbai.
Honarary Joint secretary: Shrikant Wad Thane.
Honorary treasurer: Girish Natu Pune.
