NEW DELHI, JAN 2: Walter Pereira and J Ravishankar (Both from Western India Football Association, Mumbai) are among the 14 Indians who have been included in the list of referees and assistant referees released by the football world governing body (FIFA) for 1999.

K P Michael Andrews (Kerala), Gulab Chauhan (Gujarat), Nirmal Chetia (Assam), Gopinath Pyne (Bengal), Balu Sundarraj (Karnataka), Suresh Srinivasan (Tamil Nadu) and Praveer Bose (Madhya Pradesh) have been included in the FIFA referees list, according to the All India Football Federation secretary Kedar Nath Mour.

The assistant referees are J Ravishankar (Maharashtra), K Sankar (Tamil Nadu), Gokuldas Nagvenkar (Goa), Krishna Avtar (Delhi), Udayan Halder (Bengal), Walter Pereira (Maharashtra) and Shaji Kurian (Kerala).
