CHENNAI, Aug. 6: A total of 126 persons have been arrested after the promulgation of the new eve-teasing ordinance. According to the city police commissioner, P Kalimuthu, the police had stepped up vigil against the menace and special teams were posted in crowded areas to monitor the problem.
