Celebrity chef, Nigella Lawson may claim that the best way to celebrate Christmas is by preparing an elaborate meal this festive season apparently, this will involve a good deal of 8220;stirring, stuffing and marinating8221; but the wiser among us know otherwise. While Lawson rustles up roasted ham with an array of exotic spices including generous helpings of her cleavage we will take the easier and healthier way out- a light Christmas brunch which doesn8217;t compromise on taste.

The Pan Asian restaurant at ITC Sonar offers a selection of dimsums for their Christmas brunch. Customers can start their day with an assortment of sushis, stir fried prawn with pine seeds and hot garlic sauce. The meal can come to a sweet end with Chinese mango pudding

Chicken tikka salad and papri chaat may not be the most traditional way to start your Christmas celebrations, but who says we can8217;t innovate? The brunch menu at The Kenilworth also includes assorted leafy greens, tabule, dahi vada, flavoured yoghurt and Thai lamb and pineapple.
Traditional Treat
If you are a sucker for tradition then The Eden Pavilion at ITC Sonar is the place to head for. Their Christmas brunch menu includes roast US butterball turkey, glazed leg of ham with raisin juice, oyster trolley and Sauteacute;ed brussel sprouts. Buttered pumpkin with yam, honey and sesame seeds will be bring your meal to a befittingly grand end.
