MUMBAI, July 7: The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has sought Boeing Company's assistance to carry out a `safety audit' of Jet Airways fleet of Boeing aircraft.``We have asked them to carry out an audit of the auto throttle system, which is an optional one for the cockpit crew and not mandatory,'' DGCA sources said.``There is no cause for alarm or scare and it is only a safety precaution being taken in view of the incident at Mumbai airport last month when the commander aborted a flight while on the take-off run,'' the sources reiterated.Jet Airways said the `audit' has not affected flights, and they continue to operate with their fleet of 18 aircraft, while one aircraft is grounded.
