For the billing cycle, 1.7.98 in the areas Kidwai Bhavan, Janpath, Jor Bagh, CGO Complex, Sena Bhawan, Raj Path, Indira Gandhi Stadium and Pragati Maidan, the extended pay-by-date is August 14. For the areas of Rajouri Garden, Hari Nagar, Paschim Vihar and Nangloi the extended date is August 13. These include two executive engineers and five inspectors. Arora clarified that the decision, however, would not hold good for aided, public and local bodies schools.40-yr-old man stabbedTwo persons allegedly attacked a 40-year-old man, Ram Avtar, with a knife in the Patparganj Industrial area on Wednesday afternoon. The police said that the incident was a result of old enmity. Ram Avtar has been admitted to Swami Dayanand hospital with stab injuries. The assailants have also been identified.
