Tata Motors is set to hold a free, nationwide car check-up campaign this summer, wherein customers can avail of attractive repair discounts. The drive, which is for the Tata passenger cars and utility vehicles across various metros, will include checking of vehicle parts that need to be in prime condition before the onset of summer. So air conditioners, fuel systems and electrical parts will be looked into and serviced. The dealerships and service centres will also take care of the outstanding issues of customers. Experts from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) of ACs, fuel injection systems, batteries and electricals will participate, attend to problems and offer advice.

Yatra cash-back offer
Travel portal Yatra.com is offering up to 51 per cent cash back on companion travel for its holiday packages. So if you book from the site in than 30 days in advance, you can avail of 25 per cent cash back on companion travel. Similarly, if you book 30 days in advance, you are entitled to 33 per cent cash back and for 45 days advance booking you get 51 per cent. This offer is applicable on all international holidays and tagged domestic holidays and cannot be clubbed with other offers on yatra.com. The cash back will be processed by Yatra within seven days of the completion of the trip and the cash back amount on companion’s travel will be calculated on the final invoice. Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies on the air tickets and hotel rooms/holidays will be charged as per actuals without any discount/cash back.

If you apply for the Axis Bank Silver Plus Credit Card, you are not only entitled to a complimentary, one-way flight voucher, but can also purchase additional air tickets for a companion at a discounted Rs 5,000 for return flight. The offer, applicable on an on add-on card also, is valid for those who have paid the joining and annual fee and have activated the cards through a purchase or cash withdrawal. The voucher can be used to indicate three destinations from a list 29 via a Booking Request Form which shall be delivered within 10 days of you becoming a subscriber. The bookings must be made within three months of the voucher issue date and the journey completed within 12 months.
