Burns death
One Rekha Harilal Ananda 32, a resident of Apekshanagar Society, in Pandesara Gujarat Housing Board, died on Thursday morning in the New Civil Hospital, where she was being treated for serious burn injuries for the past one week. A case registered, under section 174 of the CrPC, in the Pandesara police station, on Thursday, said that victim was making tea on a kerosene stove when it exploded, causing her severe burn injuries.

Suicide
A married woman committed suicide by setting herself on fire, on Wednesday evening, as she was being harassed by her in-laws, a case registered in the Udhna police station said. The victim 8212; residing near Janta Flour Mill, Udhna 8212; who was shifted to the New Civil Hospital with 75 per cent burn injuries, succumbed within hours of being admitted to the hospital.

Dead
A manual labourer died within hours of fainting, while working on a farm in Voze village of Olpad taluka, a case registered in the rural police station said. One Raman Bhikha 45 was working in a farm when he felt giddy and fainted. He was rushed to the New Civil Hospital and died a few hours later. A case has been registered under CrPC 174.
