
Electrocuted
Ramlal Chauhan, 20, a resident of Sachin GIDC, was electrocuted to death on Wednesday afternoon. The Pandesara police said Chauhan was working in Bhagwati Silk Mills when he came in contact with a live wire. He was rushed to the Civil hospital, where he was declared dead on admission.
Burns death
One Tejal Ramesh Shah, 17, a resident of Rishab Apartments in Katargam area died in the Mahavir hospital on Wednesday. According to the Katargam police, Shah sustained burn injuries on November 22, when the stove on which she was boiling water exploded. She was since undergoing treatment at the hospital. A case has been registered, the police said.
Vehicles stolen
Two vehicles, both Hero Honda motorcycles were reported stolen in separate cases registered in city police stations. Mukund Shantu Patel, a resident of D K Park Society in Umra area told the police in a complaint on Wednesday that his Hero Honda GJ 5 AB 9414 was stolen from the road opposite Kapadia Health Centre, where it had been parked. In another case which was also registered in the Umra police station by one Kishorechandra Gajjar, his Hero Honda motorcycle GBK 8991 was stolen from the Khatodara area in the night.
