Congman joins NCP

NASHIK, SEPT 7: Sudam Khairnar, Malegaon city unit pesident today resigned from the Congress and joined the Nationalist Congress Party NCP.

According to sources here today, Khairnar joined the NCP in the presence of state unit president of Chhagan Bhujbal, who was here to campaign for his party candidate at Ozar. Khairnar sent his resignation to Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee president Prataprao Bhosale yesterday.

Khairnar stated that his decision has come in the wake of misbehaviour and distrust shown by Malegon Lok Sabha constituency candidate Z M Kahandole and other Congress leaders towards him.
