Clinton seeks control over dual use tech

WASHINGTON, JANUARY 9: US President Bill Clinton has said there should be stricter controls over dual use technology to control nuclear proliferation which he says is a threat to his country. India is one of the countries hit by such controls but Clinton mentions no country in particular in his national security strategy report presented to Congress recently.
