Character building camp ends

PATIALA, Sept 29: The politicians of our country are working towards dividing society on the basis of caste and communalism to achieve their own political ends and this trend, if not checked in time, will only work to the detriment of the nation8217;s future.

This was stated today by D.R. Gupta, Director, DAV College Managing Committee and president of the Pardeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, Punjab, while addressing students at DAV School after presenting them awards on the conclusion of the School8217;s 6-day character building camp. The camp was attended by about 300 students from various DAV schools of the region.

Gupta said building of the National character was the need of the hour, specially with the new concept of modernisation threatening to waver children from the right path. Only men with a strong moral character can build a strong nation, he said.
