Case against Manohar Joshi

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate T V Nalavade today allotted the case against the state8217;s former chief minister Manohar Joshi to the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate A A A Kidwai. The case was filed by Janta Dal activist, Sanjeev Chimbulkar, against Manohar Joshi and six others for conspiracy, misappropriation, criminal breach of trust, cheating and for allegedly alienating plot no 110 at Erandvane, Pune to Joshi8217;s son-in-law, Girish Vyas.
