Camp on character building held

PATIALA, Sept 24: Padma Shri G.P. Chopra, senior vice-president of DAV College managing committee, today called upon all the DAV institutions to come to the fore in the task of character building, which he said is the need of the hour.

He was speaking on the occasion of the inauguration of the Charittar Nirman Camp of all the DAV institutions of Punjab, organised by DAV Public School, Patiala.

He said educational institutions should be prepared to counteract the ill-effects of the electronic media, which is turning the youth into aggressive people. On this occasion, he also released a book named Safalta ki Aur, written by S.M. Devgun, principal of DAV Public School, Patiala.
