CHANDIGARH, April 11: The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha has decided to burn effigies of the Congress party for its dual policies and for destabilising the BJP-led coalition government.

At a meeting of the BJYM state executive held under the chairmanship of state president Satinder Singh, it was decided that burning effigies would highlight the mala fide motives of the Congress before the public, which was attempting to act against the public mandate.
