Beckham146;s final fling

Manchester United turned David Beckham into a superstar and on Tuesday he bid an emotional farewell to Old Trafford before he quits European soccer for the United States. Beckham joined United in 1991 at 16, debuted the next year, and transferred in 2003 to Real Madrid.

8220;The time I spent at this club was the best time in my career,8221; Beckham told the 74,000-sellout crowd at halftime. 8220;I8217;ve waited four years to actually come back and say thank you to the fans and the people of the club.8221; He won six EPL titles and a Champions League medal during his United career.
