With the sun beating down hard on Delhi and ministers looking forward to a relaxing break after a long Budget session of Parliament, being summoned on party duty to Mangalore left Women and Child Development Minister Renuka Chowdhury rather irate. When repeatedly asked about whether she would be taking a holiday like some of her colleagues, she retorted, 8220;I am at Mangalore to attend a party function. While most of the ministers are enjoying their chutti, donkeys like us are at work.8221;
