FEBRUARY 14: We8217;ve been to Fashion Street. We8217;re very familiar with the products on display there. The recollection raced through our minds instantly. This prize didn8217;t do justice to this store. It seemed to be outclassed. It was way too much trouble for one to retrieve a T-shirt like that 8211; a plain white T-shirt with a slogan to help sell the brand. Bad looking T-shirt. Bad looking slogan.

This whole incident turned out to be very frustrating indeed. So who won? Who benefited from this charade? We? Yeah right! What a waste of time and effort! The product? Yeah right ! they had just managed to destroy whatever little brand value they had conjured up in our minds. Surely there must be better ways to increase brand equity. Hungama.com? Yeah right! Their success depends on reputation. They just blew theirs.

Don8217;t get too caught up in this Hungama. Be smart. Learn to distinguish between winning and losing. I have still kept the T-shirt. It mocks me when I look at it. It mocks me when I get the urge to logonto Hungama.com. It8217;s not fair. But then again that8217;s life.
