NEW DELHI, June 9: Municipal Corporation of Delhi triumphed over Rajnigandha by four wickets in a A-1 division DDCA League at the Kotla.

MCD restricted Rajnigandha Cricket Club to 233 and then achieved the target in 40 overs losing six wickets. John 66 n.o., Sant Ram 59 and Dharamveer Beniwal were the main scorers for Rajnigandha. For the winners Jitender Solanki scored 79 runs while Devender Singh contributed with a fine 67.

In a B division match, Bank of India defeated Universal Cricket Club by 47 runs at the Kotla No 2 ground. Pradeep Kanojia8217;s brilliant 86 runs was the highlight of the match. Mukesh Yadav8217;s brilliant 80 runs shaped Delhi Development Authority8217;s one-run win over Rehman Cricket Club.

In a A-1 division match at the DAV College ground, Raghubir Willowers prevailed over Pusa Youngsters by two wickets while in a C division match at the Khalsa College, Three Star defeated OBC by two wickets.
