3 nabbed in double murder case

Though the killers had destroyed all evidence, the police suspected Dubey8217;s hand in the murder. Suspecting that he must have taken someone8217;s help in carrying out the task, they took him to his nephew8217;s house in Surat. On interrogations the nephew revealed that he along with another accomplice had murdered the two, at the behest of Dubey.

Dubey had asked him nephew to eliminate the two as he wanted to get the house vacated. Dubey alleged that the deceased had neither paid the rent nor vacated the house.

The newphew also told the police that his another accomplice had just boarded a train for Patna. Luckily, as the train at that time was passing through Maharashtra, the railway police were alerted and the third accused was arrested in the railway compartment at Nandarbar railway station.Deputy Commissioner of Police South Mohan Jha told Express Newsline that the victims belonged to Ajara village in Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh and their family members had been informed about their death.

The victims were currently working with Star Security. Earlier, they were employed with the Central Investigation and Security Service, a private agency.
