According to Ralli, North Delhi offers much bigger flats in this budget. 8220;Builder floors of four-five rooms with impressive finishing can be rented at this rent,8221; he informed.

If one goes in the suburbs, like Vaishali, Vasundhra, Mohan Nagar, and Ghaziabad, he can get even a full kothi built in the area of 250-300 sq m at this budget.

In Faridabad, one can get kothis built on 250-400 sqm plots. Sectors like 7, 9, and 14for kothis of this size. Other sectors like 21, 23 offer kothis of 450-550 sqm.

Sectors 14, 15, 23, 27, 32, 34, 40, 41, 50 and 51of Noida offer kothis, which have four bedrooms with servant quarters. Their area ranges from 200-300 sqm. For Gurgaon this amount is good enough to get you three- to four-bedroom apartments.
