The all-new Auma,located on the first floor of DLF Emporio mall and spread over 4,200 sq feet,has an urbane yet relaxed ambience where one can enjoy with family and friends.
The contemporary environment of the restaurant,enhanced by modern,brown and orange colour story deems it ideal for a leisurely lunch or a shopper’s pit-stop.
Auma is envisaged to redefine luxury dining and opulence,said owner Charu Munjal,who also owns the lifestyle brand Oma.
The food journey begins with an array of cuisines varying from European,Italian to Thai. The guests have the option to plan get together and customize their food to suite their palette from ingredients to accomplishments to the preferred spice level.
Auma’s a la carte menu,created by executive chef Bhagirath and sou chef Clyde gives guests a taste of authentic Thai food,normally experienced in the back lanes of Thailand.
A large selection of culinary options are also prepared in-house ranging from pizza bases to freshly baked breads and exotic ice cream flavors.
