JVM(P) candidate given bail in model code violation case

bn Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (P) candidate Dr Ajay Kumar was today granted bail in three cases of violation of the model code of conduct prior to tomorrow’s Jamshedpur parliamentary by-poll.

Chief Judicial Magistrate,Deepak Kumar granted bail after Dr Kumar,a former IPS officer,appeared in court.

Cases were registered against Dr. Kumar,a CEO of a reputed medicine company,under different police stations including Sakchi and Bagbera for allegedly flouting the code of conduct during campaign.
