Actor Sanjay Dutt,who is all set to contest Lok Sabha elections on a Samajwadi Party ticket,can be good politician,so long as he does not allow others to take decision for him,says sister Priya Dutt.

Speaking to People magazine,the Congress MP said,”I think he could be a good politician,so long as he doesn’t allow other people to take decisions for him.”

Despite their differences coming out in public after the actors surprise marriage to Manyata in 2008 and decision to join SP,Priya said her concern and feelings for her brother have not changed.

“I always feel too protective towards him,I have always found him very vulnerable. I know,I should back off now. He is a grown up man,” the MP from North-West Mumbai constituency said.

Refuted the reports that suggested that the Dutt family had reached a breaking point,she said,”We simply have a little argument and the media says that the family is breaking.”

Priya said the family remains a priority for her as her father — late Sunil Dutt — always believed in keeping the family together.
