Over 300 accidents in 4 years, in 7 cases out of 10, Railway staff were to blame

All figures except those for ‘Cost of damage’ and ‘Compensation paid’ are for “consequential train accidents (excluding incidents at unmanned level crossings caused due to negligence of road vehicle users)”.
