Vicky Jain’s mother says Ankita Lokhande ‘beating’ her ‘devta’ son is unfair, accuses her of gaining ‘sympathy’ by talking about Sushant Singh Rajput

Vicky Jain's mother said she never wanted her son to marry Ankita Lokhande. She also said that Ankita has been trying to win the sympathy of the audience by repeatedly talking about Sushant Singh Rajput.

Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain’s relationship has been going through a rough patch ever since they entered the television’s most controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 17. Recently, their mothers entered the show during the ongoing ‘Family Week’ and shared their opinion with their children. However, after coming out of the house, Vicky’s mother said she never wanted her son to marry Ankita. She also said that the Pavitra Rishta actor has been trying to win the sympathy of the audience by repeatedly talking about her former boyfriend and late actor, Sushant Singh Rajput.

“Ankita has been naming Sushant. Looks like she is trying to gain sympathy for herself. Sushant is anyway gone,” Vicky Jain’s mother told Saas Bahu Saazish after coming out of the Bigg Boss house. She also spoke about Ankita hitting Vicky, after discussing it with the actor inside the house. She said that since husbands are considered god in India, Ankita should not have hit her husband. “It is unfair. We live in India. Your husband is a devta, you are beating him.”

Though in one interview she maintained that Ankita is a good daughter-in-law, in another interview with Pinkvilla, Vicky’s mother said that the family never wanted Vicky to marry Ankita, still he married her and now they cannot do anything about it. “Vicky married Ankita. We were not in support of their marriage. Vicky got married and now he is ready to take the responsibility. We have nothing to do with it. We are seeing so much but we haven’t told him anything. He is there he will take care of his relationship. I trust Vicky he will take care of his relationships,” she said.

And, after everything, she wants Ankita to win the seventeenth season of Bigg Boss as she is the most popular star among all the contestants in the show.

She told Pinkvilla, “Vo senior bhi hai vahan. Tum chote chote logon ko jeeta doge, aapke show ka hi vo kharab hota hai, ab ye Samarth vagrah koi layak hain kya…(She is a senior there. If you make these small people win the show, it will affect your show only. Now, are people like Samarth worthy enough to win?)”

Meanwhile, Ankita’s mother was also seen inside the Bigg Boss house. She suggested Ankita and Vicky not to fight and even told Ankita to let Vicky play the game the way he wants to. However, in another promo, when she got some alone time with her daughter, she told Ankita in strong words to let Vicky be and “leave him” for some time.

Ankita broke down in front of her mother and told her, “Meri aisi kya galti ho gayi ki mere liye itne questions ghar ke andar utha rahe hain (What have I done so wrong that I’m being questioned by everyone in the house?) Vicky has also said so many things to me.” On hearing this, her mother advised, “Tu na abhi usko chorr de [You let him (Vicky) be].”

Ankita and Vicky have been fighting over the latter’s closeness with another contestant on the show Mannara Chopra. The actor often complains about Vicky having enough time for everyone, but not her.

The couple tied the knot in 2021 after dating each other for almost three years.
