Actor Tejasswi Prakash recently gave a tour of her house and in the process, the Naagin actor spilled the beans about her days as an engineering student. Tejasswi said that she tried to cheat in her exams, and revealed that she once paid Rs 20,000 to source a question paper. She said that she was a ‘horrible’ student, but was quite good at finding alternate routes to passing. “I’ve never bought question papers, I don’t think that’s possible. I know, because I’ve tried,” she said in a new interview.

Talking to Brut India, Tejasswi opened up about her student days, and revealed that she was never sure of becoming an actor. The actor said that since she was good-looking, she thought of becoming an air hostess. However, Tejasswi said that everything changed when she won a beauty pageant. She said that she cleared her very first audition, and was offered Rs 8000 per day, which was great money for a 17-year-old. But she had no idea about the television industry, because she didn’t watch TV shows.

Talking about her house, Tejasswi said that she has been living in the same place for more than 25 years, and also gave a sneak-peek of the little things that her fans have sent her. She said, “Not a lot of thinking has gone behind making this house.” Revealing the story behind the small wall-clock in her house, Tejasswi said, “There were these massive ones when I had gone to Switzerland and they were beautiful, but they were super expensive. So I got the smaller one. Size doesn’t matter.”

On the work front, Tejasswi is gearing up for her upcoming Marathi film School College Ani Life which is being produced by Rohit Shetty.
