Aalim Hakim is bowled over by Rajinikanth: ‘I get to learn so much from his legendary presence’

Celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim on Thursday dropped a picture with superstar Rajinikanth, ahead of the actor’s soon-to-release film Jailer.

In the post, Aalim revealed that the two have been collaborating for almost a decade.

In the photo, Rajinikanth and Aalim Hakim looked happy at the end of the day’s work. Aalim wrote in the caption, “The KING. Sir RAJINIKANTH. Had an incredibly inspiring day at work with our one & only @rajinikanth .. Our association is more than a decade now and every time I spend time with him I get to learn so much from his legendary presence.”

Rajinikanth’s next release Jailer will hit theatres on August 10. A promo of the film was released on Wednesday. The video introduced Rajini’s character ‘Tiger’ Muthuvel Pandian, who has two different personalities. While on one hand, he is a simple man, dressed in formal clothes all the time, when push comes to shove, he turns into a force of nature who makes the bad guys tremble with fear.

Jailer also stars Mohanlal, Shivarajkumar, Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, and Mirnaa Menon. The film has music by Anirudh Ravichander.
