Chiranjeevi’s stylish look in Khaidi No 150 revealed, see photos

Looks like Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi has finally found the perfect look for his comeback film. Earlier this year, the actor was spotted sporting a handlebar moustache at a wedding reception. When he was probed about it, he reportedly revealed that he was trying out different looks in preparation for his upcoming film Khaidi No 150.

In the latest development, the pictures taken during the photo shoot for Khaidi No 150 have found their way to the internet. And fans are excited to see their favourite actor back in the spotlight with his evergreen on-screen charm and swag.

The 61-year-old actor is defying his age in the new pictures. And he is not sporting a handlebar moustache. In order to make it more stylish and youthful, the actor has gone for a simple stubble-and-moustache look.

Chiranjeevi’s forthcoming action entertainer is the most awaited film for the fans of this Telugu movie. The film marks the actor’s sensational comeback after 10 years. Although he appeared in cameo roles in films of his star son Ram Charan Teja, his last de facto film was 2007’s Shankar Dada Zindabad, which was directed by Prabhu Deva. The film was a Telugu remake of 2006 Hindi blockbuster Lage Raho Munnabhai.

After over three decades in the film industry, in 2008 Chiranjeevi floated his own political party, Praja Rajam Party. And he continued his winning streak in politics as well. In 2009 Andhra Pradesh assembly elections, his party emerged as the third largest party and he was elected MLA from Tirupati constituency.

After a few years, he merged his party with the Congress. He was later nominated to Rajya Sabha and also served as a Union minister. In 2014 general elections, he campaigned for the Congress but didn’t contest the elections.

In May last year, Chiranjeevi announced his comeback film, Khaidi No 150, a remake of the Tamil blockbuster Kaththi, which was directed by A R Murugadoss with Ilayathalapathy Vijay in the lead role.

The film is directed by VV Vinayak and is bankrolled by Ram Charan’s Konidela Production Company in association with Lyca Productions. Music director Devi Sri Prasad will be scoring the soundtrack for the film. It will release next year.
