Pop sensation Lady Gaga has stripped down to her underwear in a new Instagram picture. The 28-year-old singer-songwriter, known for her outlandish looks, goes topless and shows her nearly bald head in the image, reported Ace Showbiz.

In the image, she closes her eyes and holds some wigs to cover her modesty. “Your heart is filled with vanity, mine insanity,” she posted on Instagram.

Gaga was recently linked to Madonna’s song “Two Steps Behind”, which was leaked among two dozen demos from the Material Girl. However, Madonna’s manager denied such claims.
