Actress Kaley Cuoco has adopted a puppy from Paw Works, a California animal shelter.

The 29-year-old “Big Bang Theory” star named the dog Chester and shared a picture with him on Instagram.

“Welcome to the family Chester Cuoco! Thank you @pawworks #couldnthelpmyself #savethemall #iblamemymomforshowingmehis picture @peteyleo,” she captioned the photo.

In an Instagram post the day before she adopted Chester, Cuoco posted a photo of the pet family he would be joining.

After announcing divorce from tennis star Ryan Sweeting, the puppy is the second addition to her animal family.

The day after announcing their split, Cuoco introduced her newest horse, Zaza.
