Deepika Padukone will be Salman Khan’s leading lady in Sooraj Barjatya’s tentatively titled film Bade Bhaiyya. There was much speculation about the female lead with names of Kareena Kapoor,Ileana D’ Cruz and Diana Penty floating around. Padukone grabbed the film and this will be the first time she will be seen on screen with Khan.

Arvind Swamy is back

Arvind Swamy,best known by Hindi film audience for his work in Mani Ratnam’s Roja and Bombay,has signed another Hindi film. He will be working in the Hindi remake of Mahesh Manjrekar’s Marathi film Kaksparsh. Chitrangada Singh will be paired opposite Arvind.

Pak Actor with Sonam

Pakistani actor Fawad Khan of Khuda Kay Liye and drama serial Humsafar fame will make his Bollywood debut opposite Sonam Kapoor in the Khubsoorat remake. The film,directed by Shashanka Ghosh,is already on floors.
