Kick 2 to go on floors August 20

Ravi Teja-starrer Telugu actioner “Kick 2” will go on floors here Aug 20, says its director Surender Reddy, but he adds the film will not be a sequel to his 2009 blockbuster “Kick”.

Ravi Teja-starrer Telugu actioner “Kick 2” will go on floors here Aug 20, says its director Surender Reddy, but he adds the film will not be a sequel to his 2009 blockbuster “Kick”.

“We start shooting ‘Kick 2’ from Wednesday. It will be an action film, but will not have anything to do with the first part. It will be more or less an extension of ‘Kick’,” Reddy told IANS.

While Ravi will play the lead, the rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.

Actor Kalyan Ram will produce “Kick 2” under his home banner NTR Arts Banner and Thaman will compose the music.
