Freida Pinto dumps boyfriend: Report

Pinto met Antano four years ago at St Xavier’s University in Mumbai when she was studying English literature and he was a chemistry student.

“They were really into each other. Rohan would do anything for Freida,” a close friend told the newspaper.

But after the stupendous success of “Slumdog Millionaire” 24-year-old Pinto reportedly dumped her boyfriend.

“Freida called off the engagement after the film took off. She’s too busy working. But Rohan took it very badly. He is still hoping they will get back together and still hasn’t changed his facebook status which says he is engaged,” the friend added.

When Pinto left university she reportedly became a successful model and TV presenter with Antao’s backing.

There are also reports that Pinto and her 18-year-old British co-star Dev Patel,who plays the orphan Jamal in the movie,are more than just friends. Last week they were seen leaving a London nightclub together at 3.30 am.
